Join us when Vanessa Weisbrod, Executive Editor of Delight Gluten Free Magazine and a member of the advisory board of the Celiac Disease Center of the National Children’s Medical Center, teaches a series of gluten-free classes focusing on helping families whose member(s) must follow a gluten-free diet. Topics will range from gluten-free baking to traveling on a gluten-free diet, and each event will feature a family-style gluten-free menu featuring Wildfire signature dishes such as Fresh Mozzarella Pizza, Macaroni & Cheese, Spinach & Artichoke Fondue, Peanut Butter & Jelly cookies, and much more. Each class is $40.00 per person, which includes food, coffee, tea and soda, plus tax (gratuity not included). A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Celiac Disease Center.
