Join us for an evening devoted to our gluten-free diners, as Executive Chef Jon Gamlen prepares and presents a custom four-course gluten-free meal, with optional wine pairings. Ruth Hayden, Wildfire’s Divisional Trainer & Resident Gluten-Free Expert, will join us as guest speaker for the evening. The event begins with a reception of passed appetizers and the first pairing at 6:30 p.m., followed by the seated dinner at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $55.00 per person without pairings and $75.00 per person with pairings, plus tax (gratuity not included).
