Yes, I know, it has been a while. But come on – it was the holidays. I was slammed here at work and then had to spend time with the family to celebrate a bit. Plus, I had to down a 3 pound lobster on NYE – I mean that takes some time.

So what’s next you ask? What could ever beat a 3 pound lobster?? One word…SUPERBOWL. We just installed some sweet 55” TV’s in our private rooms so we are going to host an off the chain Superbowl party. There will be Cornbread, Steakhouse Chili, Barbecue Sliders, Chopped Salad, Chocolate Cream Pie…I can go on and on, or, you can just check out the menu here.
