Vegas Baby!

Really looking forward to my upcoming trip to Vegas. Yes I love the nightlife and gambling and the whole scene but I am really pumped about the restaurants. Definitely going to hit up Joes for the stone crab and I can’t pass up the opportunity to go to In-N-Out Burger for the best burger in the United States – the double double with cheese….oh ya!

I also want to try Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant Cut at the Palazzo. They have Wagyu beef which is raised in Wagyu Japan. The cow is massaged and babied to produce more marbling than a regular cut of meat. You definitely have to order it rare to get all of the flavor out of it.

Or maybe I will try Michael Mina’s restaurant in the Bellagio. TheHudsonValleyfoie gras & pear appetizer on their menu is a meal all by itself.

A little word to the wise – if you are ever in Vegas you have to hit up a buffet – it is a “must!” My favorite is between the Wynn and the Bellagio – they have so many varieties of food and different dishes from all over the world. You have to go very hungry and ready to eat.

Stay hungry my friends.
