Wildfire Oak Brook

With much staff training and care, Wildfire is proud to serve our guests with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. We offer an extensive gluten-free menu, which features many of our specialties including homemade gluten free pizza, sandwiches on homemade gluten free buns, and barbecued ribs and chicken. Our servers and chefs understand the importance of particular dietary requests, and are happy to accommodate you. When a guest orders from the gluten free menu, the server starts the gluten free procedure. This includes informing a manager, filling out an allergy form and giving the form to the Chef. At this time, separate utensils and bowls are used to prepared the food to keep our guests safe.
