Set your alarm breakfast lovers, because it’s time for brunch, Wildfire style!  Wildfire Lincolnshire has a new sweet and savory Weekend Brunch Menu available from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday*, in addition to our regular lunch menu. We still have your favorites like our Smoked Salmon Platter, Skillet Roasted Prime Rib Hash, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and we've added Chilaquiles and a Brunch Special of the Day!

Chilaquiles are a combination of fried tortillas, salsa and cheese and is a traditional Mexica breakfast. At Wildfire, we serve this staff favorite with two eggs over easy, ranchero sauce, jalapeno jack cheese and sour cream. Come in and find out why this is the perfect weekend recovery meal!
