Bring your family and friends to Wildfire and let us do the cooking this Rosh Hashanah. We will be featuring Rosh Hashanah traditional dishes including Braised Brisket of Beef, Atlantic Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce, Spit-Roasted Apricot Glazed Half Chicken, Chef Joe’s Noodle Kugel, Caramel Apple Cake and more. The menu will be available for dinner on Wednesday, October 2 &  all day on Thursday, October 3. Platters will be available for carry out to enhance your holiday dinner at home.
