Experience an evening of exceptional wine and cuisine at Wildfire Chicago. On Tuesday, April 14 at 6:30 PM, Wildfire will host a Caymus Vineyards Wine Dinner featuring a five-course pairing menu inspired by Napa Valley wines.

The evening highlights selections from Caymus Vineyards, widely regarded as one of the most influential wineries in California.

Pan-seared scallops with green pea purée to be paired with Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay.

Guests will also hear from Kristen Ellis, Great Lakes Region Manager for Caymus Vineyards, who will share insights about the wines and the art of pairing them with food.
