We’re honoring this milestone with a wine dinner featuring acclaimed Justin Vineyards and a five-course menu crafted exclusively for the occasion.
The evening’s pairings will be led by Joe Spellman, Master Sommelier with Justin Vineyards & Winery, who will guide guests through each wine and its perfect culinary match.

Guests at our Glenview wine dinner will explore a hand-selected flight of Justin wines, including their bright Sauvignon Blanc, elegant Chardonnay, bold Cabernet Sauvignon, and iconic ISOSCELES blend. Each varietal is thoughtfully paired with a dish that highlights its unique character.
