Together, the brewery and Wildfire’s culinary team carefully selected every pairing, ensuring each beer enhances the flavors of every course.

This Month’s Four-Course Menu

The menu includes Salmon Tartare, Tempura Rice Bowl, Korean Short Ribs with Grilled Pear, and Peanut Butter & Jelly Bread Pudding—each matched with a different Phase Three beer.

Many of the featured beers are typically only available at the brewery’s taprooms, making this dinner an opportunity to experience selections guests don’t often find elsewhere.

Phase Three Account Manager Steven Vasquez will also share the stories behind each beer and explain why each pairing works so well.

Tickets are $80 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
