From the hills of Paso Robles, California, Justin Vineyards has built a name synonymous with quality. With a focus on Bordeaux-style blends, their wines are known for structure, complexity, and a distinctive sense of place.
At our Lincolnshire wine dinner, you’ll enjoy a hand-picked selection of Justin wines, including bright, citrusy Sauvignon Blanc, an elegant Chardonnay, bold expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, and their celebrated ISOSCELES red blend.
Each pour is intentionally paired to elevate the dish it accompanies—bringing out layered aromas, depth, and harmony in every course.
