Experience an evening of exceptional wine and cuisine at Wildfire Lincolnshire. On Thursday, April 16 at 6:30 PM, Wildfire will host a Caymus Vineyards Wine Dinner featuring a five-course pairing menu inspired by Napa Valley wines.

The evening highlights selections from Caymus Vineyards, widely regarded as one of the most influential wineries in California.

This Lincolnshire wine dinner event is a perfect choice for guests who enjoy exploring wine and food pairings in an intimate setting.

  • Guests will begin with White Bean Ragout Crostini and Smoked Salmon & Potato Galette paired with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc.
  • The meal continues with a Pan Seared Scallop with green pea purée, matched with Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay.
  • For the main course, guests will enjoy Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon with mushroom cream sauce, paired with the legendary Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • A selection of artisan cheeses curated by Executive Chef Oscar Huerta follows, paired with Caymus-Suisun “The Walking Fool.”
  • The evening concludes with Classic Strawberry Shortcake paired with Emmolo Sparkling Nº 8.
