Wildfire Craft Beer Company has partnered with Phase Three Brewing Company to create a one-night-only beer dinner featuring four expertly paired courses.

Rather than simply selecting beers to serve alongside the menu, Wildfire and Phase Three collaborated throughout the process to ensure every pairing complements the flavors on the plate.

“As a collaborative effort, we worked with our culinary team to pick food we thought would go perfectly with specific beers,” says Phil Stubstad. “We work very hard on every pairing.”

That dedication mirrors Phase Three’s brewing philosophy.

“One thing that makes Phase Three special is that we are always striving to stay consistent and make our beer better every day.”

This Month’s Menu

Guests will enjoy:

• Salmon Tartare & Bacon & Blue Cheese Crostini
• Tempura Rice Bowl
• Korean Short Ribs with Grilled Pear
• Peanut Butter & Jelly Bread Pudding

Each course is paired with a carefully selected Phase Three beer.

Steven Vasquez from Phase Three will lead guests through the evening, sharing the inspiration behind every pour.

Tickets are $80 per person plus tax (gratuity not included).
