When Wildfire Craft Beer Company began looking for the right brewing partner, the choice was clear.

“When we were deciding who to pair with for this venture, Phase Three was the number one brewery that came to mind,” says Wildfire’s Phil Stubstad. “Once I got the opportunity to know them personally, I knew they would be the best people to work with.”

That partnership is built on shared values. Phase Three Brewing, with taprooms in Lake Zurich and Elmhurst, has earned a reputation for producing innovative, flavor-forward beers while constantly refining every recipe.

Head Brewer Jason Martens explains, “Beer is the most complex beverage in the world when you factor in all the raw materials and all the steps that go into it.”

That same attention to detail is what drew Phase Three to Wildfire.

“What stood out to us about Wildfire is their attention to detail and the level of quality in their service. As a mid-sized craft brewery, we pride ourselves in having great quality products, and I think that same commitment to quality is shown by Wildfire.”

Unlike many restaurant beer collaborations, every pairing was intentionally created together.

“We aren’t simply putting our name on just any beer,” says Stubstad. “Our culinary team worked alongside Phase Three to choose food that perfectly complements each beer.”

The dinner is $80 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
