This Tysons wine dinner is a wonderful opportunity to experience the depth and elegance of Napa Valley wines alongside a thoughtfully crafted seasonal menu.
- The evening begins with appetizers paired with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a pan-seared scallop with green pea purée paired with Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay.
- The centerpiece of the dinner is Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon, paired with the bold and celebrated Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Next, diners will enjoy a selection of artisan cheeses curated by Executive Chef Oscar Huerta, paired with Caymus-Suisun “The Walking Fool.”
- To finish, guests will indulge in Classic Strawberry Shortcake with macerated strawberries and whipped cream, paired with Emmolo Sparkling Nº 8.
