Raise a glass to summer at our Summer Cocktails Dinner. Enjoy a custom four-course menu paired with a Summer "Inspired" Cocktail to complement each course. Featuring bright, refreshing flavors and seasonal ingredients, these handcrafted cocktails are designed to elevate every pairing. Brad Wermager, Director of Wine & Spirits, will guide guests through the evening's cocktail pairings and share insights behind each sip.
